Why Heat Sealing?

Heat sealing transfers are a long-lasting and economical choice for branded clothing. When combined with our high-quality garments, they make it possible to provide high-quality, branded workwear that is representative of your brand without breaking the bank.

Heat sealing has long been the most common method for profiling safety gear and company t-shirts.

We must first cut your text or logo transfers from a textile vinyl sheet before we can provide your heat-sealed workwear. Using our industrial heat press, we heat apply these transfers to the garments of your choice once they are prepared. The heat press seals it onto the garment by melting it.

This method of personalization works best for smaller orders that need to be finished quickly.

Size and selection of colours

There are no limitations on the size or selection of colours. Get unique prints of high quality in the sizes and colours you want.

How do I seal my heated garment?

We only need your company logo (in PDF, JPEG, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, PNG, or BMP format) or selected text from you. We’ll take care of everything else!

Before your garments are made, you will always receive a copy of your artwork to approve.
